The St. Spas Balneological Centre is located in Velingrad, in the Chepino neighbourhood, close to Radonova Banya, the biggest mineral water spring, and 700 m away from the Kleptuza nature reserve.

St. Spas Balneological Centres will be designed for year-round accommodation, balneotherapy and active recreation. It is a gated community used exclusively by homeowners and guests. It consists of:

Residential part. It is a six-storey buildings. Its architectural style combines the traditional Bulgarian mountain architecture with modern construction and design.
