  Quite attractive for buyers gated community holiday complexes are relatively new for Razlog. They represents limited-access with separate hotel block, apartments and individual houses, have spa centers, swimming pools and other extras.   The rapid region development and the launching of large tourist projects in the last year, have defined new construction zones, which would shape up a new urban district, comparable to the dimension of the town of Razlog.

  Such zones are:
  -BETELOVO
  -PREDEL-KULINOTO
  -KATARINO
  as well as the area round the mineral thermal springs of the village of Banya.

  The territory envelops areas on the north side of Rila Mountain, round “Katarino” complex, areas in the mountain slop of Pirin Mountain round the new golf course with 18 holes and areas in the region of Predela, where is planned construction of ski zone /similar to the one in Bansko/ with length of marked ski runs more than 100 kilometers. Also there is a plan for construction of water park.

  After the successful launch of the first golf course, the Razlog Municipality Counsel decide to develop 4 new 18 holes golf courses in 3-5 years realization term on a plot of 5000 decare. The new courses will be dispose on radius of 10 km from the town of Razlog.

  The plot of the territory enveloping the first stage of the made plan of street regulation and rules of construction is more than 6 500 decare. There is planed construction of hotel complexes with commercial part, apartment buildings, different residential districts, separated with green areas and sport facilities, with a capacity of about 30 000 people.

  There is general regulation plan for all zones, in which plan are grounded the basic parameters of build-up areas, and that gives a relevantly exact prognoses of the number of the residents in the region, which number will increase to 80 000 people in next 5 years.
