  Bulgaria`s largest Black sea city has a lot going for it: historic landmarks, impressive old buildings, the old and lush Sea Garden Park and fantastic beaches.
  
  The sea garden is an emblem of Varna town. It is situated on 850 decares along the seaside line. There is a sun-dial representing a flying swan at the entrance of the sea garden. The region has been used for recreation and walks from the 60s of the 19 th century, but it was only at the beginning of the 20 th that the park was reconstructed after the Conceptual Topical Project of Anton Ian Novak.
  
  Dolphinarium in the Sea Garden - The Dolphin show house is one of the favourite attractions for children and the guests of Varna. Performances and demonstrations with regularly take place here.
  
  Naval Museum - The exposition in the main building is devoted to the history and traditions of the Bulgarian Navy and it extends over a total area of about 416 sq. m. in 11 showrooms.
  On two floors, models of the Bulgarian battle ships are exposed as well as original torpedoes and a collection lighthouse optics. There are also collection of ancient anchors, figureheads, mines and uniforms of naval officers and navy men.
  A special showroom is dedicated to the participation of the Bulgarian Navy in the Balkan War (1912-1913) and to its glorious victory, when on 21 November 1912, the torpedo-boat Druzki successfully attacked Turkish cruiser Hamidie.

  Active holiday season starts from June and ends in September. During this period, streets are full of people  and according to statistics , the city doubles its population. Varna has several beaches - long sand stripes, separating the city from the sea. The central beach is the oldest one, built in 1926. The city offers excellent conditions for a holiday all year around and also for business and congress tourism. The large number of cultural events, the  landmark and  museums turn the city of Varna.  Many national  cultural  festival  are held in this city. Most of them are united under the motto "Varna summer".
