Austers BG provides to all our clients extensive post-sales support as part of our Legal Services. The services provided are related to all the major aspects of the transfer of property ownership and the obligatory registrations required at the relevant state, municipality and tax authorities in Bulgaria. The scope of Austers BG post-sales support services includes:

  • collection, compilation, translation and legalization of all required transaction documents, Title Deeds and authorizations;
  • Registration at the relevant branch of the Registry Agency - BULSTAT
  • Register of alien citizens (buyers) in their capacity as purchasers of property in Republic of Bulgaria;
  • Registration of the purchased property at the appropriate tax authority office(s);
  • Coordinating the required payment of all the taxes and fees; government, local, notaries associated with property transaction. Commonly referred to as "closing costs" or "closing fees".

In addition the company’s in-house legal team offers services such as the incorporation of a legal entity in Bulgaria which is a requirement to purchase property within Bulgaria or the incorporation of legal entities to be utilized by foreign businesses or individuals for other types of business activity, commerce or trade.

Finally, our legal team offers the enhanced services of legal representation, project management and support, project evaluation for our investing clients who wish to pursue the highly rewarding opportunities which exist within the Bulgarian marketplace for foreign developers or those wishing to participate within a development partnership.
